Absolutely! No animal testing here! We also take pride in ensuring the products we sell are sourced and obtained in a responsible and sustainable way.

How fast can I get my order?

While we have a shipping profile set for each item, we typically send out same or next day. Our customers always come first; we typically stop all work to get orders out as quickly as possible. Please note that we will work with FedEx if a quicker delivery is requested, just send a message! :)

Can I just cancel my order if I didn't receive it?

We worked really hard to offer products with attractive packaging, and to ship them quickly so we ask our customers to do their part to ensure they do everything they can to receive them.

If your package was marked delivered please check with others in your home, neighbors, or contact the local carrier.

If you still don't find your package, open a case with Etsy. We will not automatically issue a refund or cancel the order.

If your package is floating in the USPS stratosphere for more then 15 days we will file an insurance claim and try to resolve issues quickly. We do not reimburse before a case has been filed.

If your package was returned to us with an incorrect address, you will be required to cover the additional postage.

What type of materials do you use to pack and ship orders?

We like to use biodegradable materials as often as possible. Oftentimes we will reuse and recycle packing materials from vendors to help reduce waste in landfills.
